look at that and tell me, if u cant pay the fines do u have to serve the time, and does each seperate count add up, so like he would have to serve 2 years and 1 month or what.

those are just the maximium punishments for those charges. usually the judge will decide what he gets, and that is the max he can punish him for those offenses. He probably got something alot less though.

Now if you cant pay the fines, you work something out with the court.

hes already spent 4 months in jail as is waiting on the case tto go through, he still cant pay the fines

if he has spent that much time in jail already, i would have to assume it would count as time served.
