I have read lots of posts about swapping seats and getting dope aftermarkets but I just need to lower the driver seat a few inches and I'd rather not mess with the SRS. I have a screwed up back and a long commute and need to sit " with propoer posture " which if I do so now my 6.3" head is out the sun roof. I am taking the seat out but have no idea what I will do when it's out........

you could custom weld some brackets that will allow the seat to sit lower, but that would cause the seat to hit those lumps on the ground...i say go for some aftermarket leather bucket seats. that way you get comfort and a cool looking seat.

Haa, High Tower..

From the thread on HT it seems like my best bet is to get some/a Del Sol seat(s).. But as I asked there as well, do the Del Sol's have the SRS ? Any Particular Year I should look for ?
