I think My boss is an *******, he works me 6 days a week, is here for maybe 6 hours a day max, and my car got broke into on tues. so i was 3 hours late to work cuz of that, then yesterday my mom had to have emergency surgery on her spine and he wouldn't let me stay at the hospital, i had to drop her off and pick her up, but the hositpal called me early so i had to sit there for an hour, and (god Forbid) he had to do one of my jobs, which of course he screwed up....but yet it's my fault because he shouldn't of been doing it in the first place
there's a place in hell for him

I think you should hate him. Just don't talk about them to others at work. I was doing that the other day, and out of nowhere, he appears and asks, "Is there a problem?" Well, I got my way out of that one, but be careful. Here's my situation, We just got a new STL(store manager) and he thinks all of us(Team leaders/department managers) are F#ckin' super heroes or something. He always wants sooo much stuff to get done before we leave. Which is obviously impossible to do, especially when we don't have the staffing, hours/payroll, and of course the time to complete it. So I think you should hate him for what he did, especially in your situation with your family emergency. Everytime I go to work and I see his truck in the parking lot, it just makes me not even want to go inside. It's that bad!!

i put in my 2 weeks yesterday and then he gave me a lecture about how horrible my work ethic is because on tues. my car got broken into and i asked to be late to go get an alarm and he said it was fine and i also had to take my mom to the hospital..."i pay you to work from this time to this time no matter what, u had no right to leave to take ur mom to the hospital".....but he forgot to mention that he went to mexico for 5 days and i worked 2 12 hour days and 3 16 hour days and i was taking calls on christmas eve on house cleaning, then ih ad to go to work the day after christmas
