Is it the front or rear? If it is the rear, just take off your brake drum and knock the stud through the back and put a new one in using a few washers and another wheel lug nut and tighten the lug nut untill the stud pops through.
Now if it is the front you need to go to a shop because you have to seperate the wheel hub from the knuckle and dust shield to remove the stud.

ok well i took it to a muffler/brake sjop today and they did it but like half way thru the process they found a slight problem, the nut on the end of my axle(hub nut) happen to stripped which still to this very minute blows my mind but it all ended up costing my a$$ a hundred bucks, but thanks for your help guys.
