did you flash the ecu?

does it turn over but not start?
if yes, you need to reflash the ecu to recognize the immobiliizer chip in the key and the code in the immobilizer unit

if you want to save the tow fee, put the old ECU back and drive it to the dealer to have them re-program the new ECU...

why dont you just have the dealership reset the CEL for you so you dont have to worry about a new ECU?

Instead of just throwing parts at your car, you need to learn how to diagnose things.

Arent you about to start UTI?

all you need is a OBDII scanner and a DMM and you can diagnose alot of problems.
