So I took my car in for a new axle

My car had been creaking whenever I was making a right hand turn at about 15 mph. So my dad and I assumed it was the right hand axle. I took my car into Honda last Monday to have to axle looked at. The tech said for sure it was the axle. Well today I took it back to have the axle installed, and came to find out that the noise was from the transmission. There has been a service bulletin on some Honda Transmission, and then need to replace the gears inside.

Long story shot, I though my clutch was the reason for the finicky shifting into second and the always changing first gear. Well it is actually the gears inside. They ordered the gears for me today and said that they would be here next week. He also said that it is going to take about 4 days to fix the problem.

Anyone else have this issue.

I might be a noob on this forum, but what do you mean by "TSB", Technical Service Bulletin??? If so I will try and get a copy of it. They left it with me like this. We ran the VIN and found that there was a recall on the transmission of your car.

03-009 JUN 03 M/T - Clicking Noise Driving in 2nd Gear

02-039 JUL 02 M/T - Shift Lever Difficult to Move/Hard Shifting

That is about all I could find. I have had these problems since I bought the car, but never thought anything of it.
