Problem with Charging System?

Hello and Happy New Year Everyone!

My '04 Civic EX is just under a year old. Over the last few days of cold weather I have noticed that if I have the heater blower on and use the auto door lock or power windows, the blower will slow down. Also, if the headlights are on, they will dim while the switch is being pressed. Occasionally the blower motor will slow down all by itself. (Without pressing any buttons.)

Does this necessarily mean there is a problem with the alternator? Or could it just be the cold weather?

Thanks in adance.

Nope that's normal. Those accessories take alot of power and our alternator isn't that big to start with. I have an HID headlight kit and it never dims...but then again it only uses 27w instead of 55w.
