You'll need to use the bushings for the rsx sway bar, ours are too small I believe. You don't HAVE TO replace your endlinks, but if you plan on doing so hit Grey up. I think he's still selling some.

^ yup.. you need the rsx's bushings which should be 19mm.. I didnt need to replace my endlinks but a few members had some problems with them breaking so dont be surprised.. good luck with the install! worth the money and time

BTW there is also an Energy Suspension polyurethane bushing kit (look for the 19mm application obviously) so if you wanted polyurethane instead of OEM rubber bushings, you can get that. Warning, it gets a little noisier, but polyurethane should outlast rubber. Can't say I noticed a huge gain in performance from switching to it though.
I snapped two sets of endlinks using a 19mm rear sway bar (one RSX, one Neuspeed). By the time I'd switched to my DC5-R sway bar, I had already purchased and installed Grey's endlinks, and I can't be happier with their performance. I highly recommend them, for peace of mind, if anything. I couldn't snap these things if I tried.

I ran the RSX bar for 6 months worth of autocrossing, with the stock endlinks. You dont need to change them for that bar.
