i have a 02 ex auto...i don't shift it or anything, but tonight after driving for may 20-30 mins i make a u turn, well at the next light i go to pull off and the car revs really high, so i pull over and try reverse, same thing, i cut the car off and back on, it goes in gear and i start to roll, i give it some gas and it revs really high again, it's like it's coming out of gear... the next stop the check engine light comes on and the same **** happens.. the car has set for maybe 3 hours and now it wont go in gear at all... has anyone had this problem or know what it could be? tourqe convertor?,bad tranny?, btw i checked the fluid and it has a plenty? please help? maybe i can get it to work long enough to trade it in....
