I cant see in the pics but do you have your axel nut on already? if you do take it off and let it free slide in the hub. take the axel out of the hub ad it shold coil back together then put the knuckle up to the strut and put the axel in the hub at the same time (all in one motion) you can also spin the rotor while putting the knucle up to the strut that might work
Maybe you pulled the axel apart dont know how though

You need to pop the axle back in. Thats why everyone says you have to tie up the brake. Basically you need to rotate it around and push... somewhere, it'll index back in.

I got my terms mixed up you are trying to put the outboard cv joint back in. Still the same way that I said except to make it easier you may need to unbolt the lower control arm from the subframe and disconect the anti sway bar from you lower control arm. Three bolts total 1 for the sway bar and 2 for the control arm you rotor should only be held up by the inboard joint that goes into the tranny at this point. Now you can move it freely and work it back into place. NEXT TIME SUPPORT THE ROTOR WITH SOMTHING SO THE WEIGHT AND OR SUDDEN MOVEMENT DOES NOT PULL THE JOINT OUT.

alrite, the fronts are installed, got everything working correctly. However, when i was driving around i heard like "clank" noises. The only thing that i think i might have done wrong was the tie rods. Are those suppose to sit right at the strut? I think i may have a gap. Are there other souces that could be causing a bad sound when i go over bumps?

If its banging over bumps, something isn't tight. The spring is loose on its perches, the knuckle bolts aren't torqued down or the top mount still has some play in it. Check that everything is tight and torqued to spec. With the axle falling out... it leaves an extra big element to check that you're going to have to look into... because that could be the problem.

Could be - jack the car up again, check the torque specs for each bolt you'd loosened and tightened, and make sure each and every one was up to spec.
Is this your first set of coilovers? I don't mean to sound like an ***, but I remember my first time driving a car on full coilovers, I asked the owner if something was wrong, cause of how bumpy the ride was. A little more bumpity-bump is par for the course...I don't know what you mean by "shaky" though....do you find yourself losing a bit of control on bumps or small slopes? More details please!

Ahhh....well again, check that everything is tightened down. Also, is this "wobbly" feeling as if your car is moving left and right? COuld be your alignment....and I would say definitely get that axle looked at, considering it did come out before.
did you use an impact gun to do the work? It does sound lke you left something loose. When we did my freinds we tightened everything up while it was on the lift. It might have been the sequench that you tightened everything up in thats the matter too. If weight was holding something down while you were tightening it up then you may not have been able to tighten it up all the way.
that sucks it is really hard to say just what it is without looking at it. Did you use a torque wrench??? It is important that all of the bolts are the correct spec, but it does not matter when you tighten them (on the ground or on the jack) as long as they are to spec. Also depending on how you put your cv back into place if it is a constant bumping as if you are driving over rocks I would say that you messed the cv up. Sorry I can't be more help. Becareful driving to the shop somthing breaking on the way would not be good at all
