h3 bulbs for foul weathering

im trying to look for a pair of h3 bulbs that are great for winter season. so that means im mainly looking for a yellow light output (since thats the best color for visibility in the rain and such), or even yellow/white will work. i know piaa makes an nice h3 bulb but i wanted to know what other companies make quality h3 bulbs ?

thanks

you can buy some covering for the lens which would help with the output issue at www.lamin-x.com
(it also protects the lens from cracks)

ser02rav4 is an unknown quantity at this point
1. x-pel works good enough.
2. IPF dir bulbs are prety good also, including Toshibas bulbs as well.
3. fog projectors are much better.
4. 3200K Hella HID setup with d2s in yellow color is top of the line.
Period.

osram and philips both make excellent halogen bulbs, even for bad weather.
