rear rsx oem sway 19mm... direct fit?

i need some clearification and wanted to know if the OEM rsx rear sway bar will fit my 2003 ex coupe using the stock hardware (nuts, bolts, bushings. etc) giving me a direct OEM-like fitment?

are their any other concerns i should think about? such as better endlinks or bushings since i read upon some research how the stock civic bushings were plastic crap

You should use the bushings and brackets from the RSX. The bigger bar might bind too much in the smaller bushings. Or you could find poly bushings with greaseable fittings at an auto parts store. Either route you choose, this is an excellent upgrade.

1) Yes it is a direct fit on EX
2) You just need new bushings, the brackets will work
3) Bushings aren't made of plastic, but either rubber (OEM) or polyurethane.
4) You won't have a problem with stock endlinks. Endlinks are only problem with the progress bar or sometimes bars larger than 21mm.

thanks for the info guys

my last questions:
would the bushings from the rsx work fine?
would i be better off using the rsx brackets or my civic brackets?
how much ft/lbs torque should i give when installing?

From my understanding, the brackets are the same just different bushings. If someone is selling the entire thing, just get it with stock OEM RSX bushings and brackets. If you are buying the parts new, then I suggest getting Poly bushings and sticking with the OEM civic brackets.

the brackets are the same, the bushings are different. however either set of bushings will work with either bracket. hope that helps
