Looking For Wheel Well Lights?!?

hey y'all, a few days ago this was posted by KalliGarri:

well, i was flipping through an old Super Street mag, and i finally found the ad...here's the link ...it's a Varad kit, and it uses either 4 or 8 one-watt LEDs (the brightest LEDs available), it's remote controlled, and you can set it for always on, pulsating pattern, or flash with music beat...pretty damn cool...

i searched for a place to buy them on Ask.com, and the only place found is in the U.K....they ship to the U.S. for fairly cheap, and the kit itself is £119...however much the fu(k that is...hope this helps...

yeah, i saw those...but i had seen these on a car a few months ago, and they were the Varad SL200 brand that i linked to, and i can actually vouch for the fact that they look like the ones in the pic above...i think the kit i saw had the 8 LEDs, and i don't know if the other companies have more than 4...anyway, just wanted to post this one b/c it's a good kit (if you can find them)...

yea.. when i talked to the guys at the sema car show and asked them about that a while back they all said it doesnt matter which kit you get.. just a matter of how you place it... if you place it directly over the tire your tire lights up.. if you push it more in towards the inner part of the tire well closer to the spring then it will look like the picture above.. noticed the links i posted all seem to be the same kit but it looked different in each car.. thats because of position... the guy even told me you could just buy some short neon or led lights from streetglow and mount it in there

Scroll down a bit - $119.99 for a wheel well kit. It's neon tubes though, not LED.

And here are a couple of wheel well LED kits (one is multicoloured, the other is not):
