Squeaking noise for about 5 minutes after startup?

Hey everyone,

My 01 civic lx just started making what sounds similar to a belt noise after startup until the car warms up good. I'm sure everyone knows what I'm talking about it when I mention that you can hear the valves clicking at idle - well the noise can only be described as a kindve squeak noise that sounds at exactly the same time as the valves clicking.. it's hard to describe. It's always the same.. never louder or softer. Just there during startup, and suddenly not there after a few minutes of driving. Another thing - I've noticed that it's the most consistent after it's rained or it's really moist and cool outside. Not sure if this makes any difference. Sorry for the vague description - hopefully one of you will have some clue what im talking about. Thanks!

Our 01 started doing the same thing. Honda, of course, could not find it. I'm guessing it's the serpentine belt. It's only in the morning. So far, I'll let it go until I can actually locate the source in those few minutes.
If it's a bearing, it'll eventually get worse until it can be located.
