Fuel Filter?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if there is a certain time span in which you need to replace your fuel filter? I looked througout the manual and I couldn't find anything about the fuel filter on our cars.

The dealers seem to think you can't replace it. A member here has done it (very hard), but it really depends on if you're having problems.

With returnless fuel systems, the theory is that alot less fuel is being filtered so the filter should last way longer. I did a search and found a ton of threads that say this is false and that people with returnless fuel systems are going to have problems when their cars get very high miles.

The fuel filter is located in the gas tank attached to the fuel pump.

Just pull the back seat. There is a panel under that to get to the pump assembly.
