Please do not start doing Neutral drop just to gain 0.1s to your quarter mile time.
If you are serious about wanting to increase the low end performance of you car, just start with the basic modifications and go from there.
I didn't read your bio, but my suggestion would be I/H/E and a sport Cat first, then pulleys maybe's.

The big question is do you want to step up to a Turbo/Nitrious/Swap ??

if your serious about going faster start by weight reduction

stop eating mcdonalds
take out the spare tire
lighter rims
TURN OFF YOUR A/C! (or remove it)
Turning off all your ICE could help too

if you wanna go faster off the line go buy an rsx until then enjoy the gas milage

also

DO NOT DO NEUTRAL DROPS!!!
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT
they dont even make you go that much faster

I had my tranny replaced at 35 clicks w.o any neutral drops, only 5k were mine the rest was lady driven. Our trannys are C R A P and neutral dropping em makes em sink even faster

yah....for the love of god dont do neutral drops....uber expensive mistake!!! for me, its all about how you drive it....i got an automatic with no engine mods and i can accelerate like a bat out of hell!!! my advice: when the light turns green, put on the ga a little bit at first (like .5 sec) and then kinda slowly floor it.....i dunno if i worded that quite right, but thats kinda the jist of wht i do....my car flies....hope this helps....

despite how slow our cars are, I never seem to have trouble keeping up, usually at the green light im the first car off, usually because I look at the yellow light going the other way and start rolling into the green light (taxi style). Its funny how many people with cars with HUGE engines or uber sporty drive like grannys to save on gas :P

Pulleys will certainly help out.
Lesson the amount of force needed in a revolutions and lower the power lose to the accessories.

I also have no clue what a stall convertor is .
If you have I/H/E.. the next thing I would do is a Sport Cat though

but like everyone says, your going need boost to be "UBER FAST"

lol, who the hell made that one up ?

Hmm well I felt more pickup with the K&N intake, but really it jumps off the line when the weather gets cold. I'll let you know when I get the pullies on if they actually do anything.
