A) Just have a question about a DX 01 without the front and rear sway bar, I want to confirm all the parts for it….

- A mounting kit from EX model from dealer
- End links from Grey or after market
- RSX rear and front sway bar or aftermarket

B) How about HONDA ACCORD 96 LX without frint and rear sway bar. So in this case the solution is the same as CIVIC….. Please help. Thanks

a) yes that is fine but the RSX front bar might not fit. It has been reported to fit LX/DX but I can't confirm that. You can't use a honda bracket if you get an aftermarket sway bar (ie. NOT the RSX one) You have to get the brackets that come with bar.

b) no, different chassis, won't work.

I just call Honda to confirm for the Accord LX they told me it will be O.K. Anybody have any ideas or any links for the Accord 96 LX? please let me know, thanks

It isn't not going to fit, but you can believe the honda people if you want. I think they just want a sell. The accord has a completely different chassis. Talk to techs not to the people that answer phones.

Sorry about the confusion. What I want to know it.
-I have a Honda Accord 96 LX Model didn’t come with a sway bar.
-Honda Accord 96 EX does.
- Can I use the 96 EX sway bar and mounting kit and but on the 96 LX.

haha, yeah you weren't clear but now that i read it better, it sorta makes sense.

they should fit if you get the mounting kits. Go to www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and they will give you pics and part numbers.



are you sure you don't have a front sway bar? That is the pic from an LX. But I dunno. The one thing that might interfere is if the catalytic converter is in the way. They might be in different places for the LX and EX accords.
