Question Tokicos HP(Blues) & 14mm bolts for 04 models

Ok guys, I know that the Tokico Shocks have to be resized to 16mm in order to be installed on our 03-04 models, but say I don't want to mess with them and simply buy 4(14mm) bolts and 4(14mm) nuts from HONDA and installed them on my 04 LX.
1)Would changing these bolts in order to fit on the shocks affect anything else in the front suspenssion of our later 03-04 models?
2)Will the SPC 14mm front camber kit work properly if this change is made?

You can't do that because the hole in the knuckle on the car is 16mm. It'll flop around in there all day long.
You have to drill them out. Your only other option is to buy 01-02 knuckles, which is more hassle than its worth.

Pheewww! He he, thanks Boilermaker.
I've been calling many "machine shops" locally, but when I explain to them what I want to do with the shocks, the reply is always a big: "NO" we don't do that. Is it really that hard? I don't want to mess them up, you feel me? This is why I wanted to do it at a machine shop, where the shock could be restrained and perfectly leveled, but I'm already running out of options.
