Sounds like water stored in my engine bay when I accelerate slowly.

Now to give you a little back round my car was hit while parked on the dirver side front bumper and fender was dented. Anyway the bodyshop (Imperial Auto Design, in Mississauga) did an absolutly Garbage JOB. One of the problem is that the gap between the hood and the fender is more then factory, keeping this in mind, it has been raing 24/7 for the past week so my guess is that through that gap water got into the engine bay are and is just sitting there. Since it sounds like water stored in my engine bay when I accelerate slowly.

Please some technical guru tell me if I am wrong and if so what can it be.

Thank you for reading.

take it back to them!!! i work at a body shop and when a customer is not happy with the repairs we would like to here about it and fix the problem rather than having any angry customer out there telling everyone about the crappy job that we did and giving the shop a bad rep. make a list of all ?/concerns that you have and tell them about everything!

Are you sure its not air trapped in your heater core? Its a common problem.. nothing to worry about if it is.

if your damage was all cosmetic as in just bumper and fender you should not have any problems with the heater core. how extensive was the damage? What was replaced?

I have been researching on this and yes you may be right sicnce I looked at my radiator fluid and it was way below MINimum so I filled it up and lets see if It goes away. but i could still hear it however it has decrease and lets see it it goes away.

Anyway I am going get the Rad flushed and filled.

Thanks for reading fellows, and your input is great.

I am still bitchy about that bodyshop work since its still not perfect to my satisfaction, however great customer service but very poor technical staff.

is it a new radiator? dont spend your money on the flush! make the shop pay for it! if you bitch enough they will do anything to get you off their back. my favorite saying "the squeaky wheel gets oiled"
