What's the law on carrying guns around here?

Can anyone over 18 carry a gun on them?

I've heard that anyone can carry one as long as it's in plain view.

That is true with some limitations. You can't carry on govt property, in any place that sells liquor, or in any business that has signs posting no firearms. I'm sure there are more limitations but those are the ones I can remember. If you have specific questions my roommate has a book an Arizona gun laws around here somewhere and I can check.

I feel ya, In the great state of Alabama. Fill out application. No felonies or arrests, you pay 10 dollars a year, register one gun, and you now carry legally any concealed firearm.

But not in government buildings, places that serve alcohol, or places with signs saying firearms are not permitted.

So you walk up to any car or house in Alabama, and you can guess that they are packing. Never felt so safe in my life.

haha....good call. Actually, last night, there was an 18 year old kid brandishing a gun in a Phoenix apt complex. It just made me wonder...
