since my last one was locked!! and it's k20a3!!! forced induction and swap section, we're in, right?.....anyway....just got the a3, no pics except of it in a box....
everything i've been reading bout the a3 is generally negative!...and i'm really an all motor guy, so, i was wondering if swapping the the pistons out for some dc5's($250), would be worth my while?....thanks for any help....

a number of threads there, it's hard to get a good answer through all the flaming you find on that site. pistons will fit. but worth it? not in most cases. just boosting compression isn't gonna do a lot for you. even an a2 headswap will require a lot of work. and likely problems. your best bet may be to put in the a3 for as cheap as possible, and save all your nickels for boost. otherwise all your money will not take you out of the 14's. sorry to say, even if you wanna be all motor. you'll find enough stuff you need to buy to make the a3 work anyways.

^^^ What he said. CRSX is a great place, just takes a lot of time to get through all of the flaming they have going on over there.
