Be careful when you install it, cutting and splicing ECU wires can have a bad consequences if you don't know what you're doing. If you've never installed electronics like this before, please take it to a professional. Yes, you can run the RSX injectors NA, all you do is set the base correction for them in the parameters of the emanage. You may have to do a little correction, but nothing major. I do not believe at this time that the VTEC control function of the emanage works with the 2001+ civic ecu, I've been working on the issue and will get back to everyone as soon as I can.
i've done some work with installs of this nature, But I am going to play it safe and tap all the wires firs and make sure the install goes smooth then I'll start sodering. It's not going to run the rsx injectors Na for good. just want to make sure that the emanage and injectors get installed right since our year civics are a little different and not many shops have thrown boost on them yet.
would they be fine if they were installed without the emanage or would that just make the mixture too rich? and do you think all the connections will be fine for a test if I tap all the wires to the ecu?

The injectors will make the car run very rich if you don't have any way reduce the amount of time they are open. The emanage would need to be installed before the injectors go in. You can tap the wires to check, that shouldn't be a problem.
