k20 swap question

Dont know if its a repost or not but wouldnt the DC5 Type R be faster with a smaller rim size and thicker tire? from 17 inch to 16 or even 15?.. This is all on a swap issue. saying that if a swap and a five lug conversion is done .. would i REALLY need 17 inch rims? or can i get 16s,15s ?

yep, if you got the brakes, you NEED 17" rims ...

yes, it would be much faster on a smaller rim/tire ... this is part of the reason why this swap in an integra or hatch is much faster, aside from the weight

get a swap done without 5lug convo.. it will be less obvious to others and you can stay with 16's (mi 2 cents)

well another advantage to not getting the bigger brakes is that they won't affect your rotational mass as much
