Unfortunately I don't have a video camera - just a digital one. I plan on taking some pics tho! The guys who is going to tune it has used the emanage before, but he said he never used the additional injection feature - but its quite easy.

This weekend I played around with giving myself a rough tune - the injection feature works surprisingly well (so does the timing - I had it retarded too much, causing bogging, rough idle, and LOTS of carbon!).....But its fixed for now, until they have a chance to look at it.

Oh yeah, the wastegate.....I'm hoping this doesn't give me any issues, when it opens it makes a rather loud "rat-a-tat-tat" sound - there were a few posts on Honda Tech about other users having this issue as well, so I'm hoping its just normal......

How much boost will you be running? Will you be posting your e-manage settings?

I don't want to get greedy - hopefully around 9 PSI max if everything holds together.

I'm worried about clamps blowing off, or the IAT blowing out tho....crossing my fingers that none of that happens.

As far as the settings - we'll see what happens...

Opto, good luck and just an FYI ahead of time, the RSX injectors max out around 8-9 PSI.

Well guys - just got back from dyno tuning the BEAST - Darren at Titan Motorsports did an AWESOME FVCKING JOB!

The first run was a baseline run, at 5 PSI. Amazingly, with a rough tune I made 150 HP, and 150 Ft/lbs of torque.

After a lot of tuning - we cranked up the boost controller (which held rock solid where it was set - no creep what-so-ever) to around 11 PSI.

Let me just say now, the numbers that the D17 put out were simply amazing! I don't plan on running 11 PSI daily however(10 at most at the track - don't want to blow the motor / head gasket). The results?

May I have the card please:
221 HP and 207 ft/lbs of torque!

Pretty damn impressive for a torqueless wonder....

Here are the dyno charts:

Baseline

11 PSI

Maybe if the weather is nice here - I'll take it to the track on Wednesday and see what she'll do in the 1/4 mile......

BTW Dezod, I didn't have any problems with fuel at all....Maybe you should turn your FPR up a bit. Mine is set to 47 PSI at idle....

This was on a T3 60 trim, remanufactured by garrett, obtained off of ebay. The guy advertises them as super 60's, but they aren't - they're just standard garret 60 trims (which isn't a big deal to me, because the compressor maps are fairly close).....

Heh, that's if I can get the spinning under control! I peeled out in first, on my yokohama's, and they spun pretty good @ 5 PSI for a sec or two....Heh, I can't wait to see what 10 PSI will do to them!

As of now, the reason the #'s are good is because I don't have a cat installed - I have a magnaflow high flow cat that I want to get installed, but need to find someone who will do it - as its illegal. Don't know how much I'll lose when I install it, but don't really want to fvck up the environment too much either.....

Running a cat, plan to lose 15WHP or so. I am running a Random Tech right now. We pulled one or 2 runs with 1/2 DP & no exhaust and it felt like a beast. So, I hope that you don't lose that much. I have heard of as much as 30 HP loss as well.

(if you do; there are no laws prohibiting you from running a catless exhaust )
