Remember when you are buying shocks/struts and you have a 2003 Civic, you must find out what diameter your strut housing is. All 2001 and 2002 Civics use the old front strut insert while the 2004 use the new RSX strut insert. Honda changed this in 2003 so some of you will be using the old insert and some will be using the new. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

are the rears inserts, like the fronts?...i just have the fronts and absolutely hated installing the fronts!!!

The rears are a complete replacement shock while the fronts are strut inserts. The rear should be a much easier install.
