k20a2 head fit d17?
k20a2 head fit d17?
I've been doing some research in order to get a better understanding on nitrous and fuel management, and i noticed that a few memebers said they had swapped to the k20a2 head. I have a few questions that after searching for a while i still cant find the answers too
1. Is this a direct swap?
2. Is anything else needed for the swap(just the head or do i need tb and so on)?
3. Would this be a handy swap to do for a nitrous setup?
4. Does anyone wanna give me some feedback as to how they liked the greddy e-manage? I will only run nitrous if i can have the motor tuned properly.
Thats it for now, i guess i will edit my post if i can think of anything else.
Thanks

chances are likely the head will not swap as the two motors (d series and k series) have nothing in common. I'm sure there are going to be more detailed answers for this but you should also try searching, I remember reading someone asking this very question at least a few weeks ago.

With those two ingines you are correct, however, think of the mini-me swap with the D16 engines, they can swap over a dohc head (ZC i think it is)to the d16 block. so that's a dohc head to sohc block swap.
