Remote Start with 5spd, Tach wire?

Hey guys that have installed remote start on a 5spd where did you tap into the tach wire? On the diagram it shows blue wire by battery which I see but its not plugged into anything. Multimeter goes up when car is started but still a weak voltage. So Im not sure.

If it is easy enough, check your gauge cluster in your dash to see if you can easily distinguish that wire.

According to the DIY, there is a wire for the tach by the battery and according to how I red it, it is green with blue that needs to be exposed

Check the DIY here
