It is the normal size battery...not the special Honda one.
I realized after I posted this that I prolly should have posted it in Member's rides, but oh well

Well lets turn this into an audio thread then
What steps did you have to take to get that battery installed?
I want to do a full size battery install myself soon so I need to know EVERYTHING possible

No amp problems so far...ty
I currently have an all Marantz HT system w/ Sound Dynamics speakers and a Velodyne SPL-12 sub. The sub is notorious for having placement problems.
That home sub you made. What costs were involved?
I just can't get my sub to sound right in my new place (it sounds good, just not like in my last place). I'm curious if I simply add a second sub if it would fill the room better. I haven't spent too much time playing with the sub placement. Options are very limited at the moment. I need to get longer cables so I can place it anywhere in the room.

Joe,
The Shiva= $125
Amp= about $120 (I think) before shipping.
Wood and materials (Screws, Grill, caulk, Carpet etc)= About $60
Wiring= $10
So a lil over $300...IMO, it may be cheaper just to buy something pre-made...but I already had the sub, so it is not like I paid $125 for it.

Vibration shouldnt be bad for your amp, no moving parts inside
