I know this is wrong, but I don't know how to do it correctly.
I can't seem to find a diagram online of 2 lights on one toggle.
Please help. If you can do a diagram.... it would be great. Please help me before it gets too dark. My car is in pieces.

You should be able to tie two neons to the same power source. Based on your diagram, that is a lighted switch and should have three cables coming off it. A power cable comes from the battery to the switch (this wire should have a fuse as close as possible to the battery). A second wire comes from the switch to the neons. Then there is a ground wire coming from the switch for the switch light. The neons then just attach to a ground somewhere on the car body (bare metal).

the switch is has only 2 prongs on the back. It isn't a lighted switch. Just a black toggle.
I was told I could just take the power lines from the neons and put them together. And group the grounds all together. Then run both lines to the switch.
Also run a line from the switch to the fuse box. Like the cig lighter fuse. Instead of running a line to the actual battery.
Which is how I wired it.
Do I need to get a different switch?
So in all
From the power line on the switch I have 2 powers going to neons, and one going to the fuse box.
Then the other line of the toggle I have 2 grounds from the neons, and then one line that grounds them all.

I love you,
I think that will work!
will try it. I was planning on using the 12 cig. outlet thing, but I know that is only on "key on". Do you know what is a "constant 12v" in the fuse panel by chance?
if not, don't worry about it. I don't really care about it being able to be on all the time or whatever.

You can get a constant 12v probably from your power mirrors or horn...
Or if you want to take your dash apart even more, you can grab the 12v constant from your deck

It didn't work. I did it just how it is in posted diagram and it didn't work. I also swapped the constant power(to the fuse) and power from neons on the switch. I didn't know if it would matter. Both ways gave me nothing with the ignition on. Well nothing ever I should say.
Suggestions?

well I took a trip to the shack, and it looks like the switch I was using is only rated for homes.
He gave me a switch designed for autos, and it looks like it works. They came on a for a brief momement. Then I realized the dome light was still on. I coudln't even start the car. The bat is so low. So I'll wait a bit and see if I can get it to turn over. Charge her up, and then put the panels back in place.
hopefully all will be well

they said the one I had couldn't carry the load of the vehicle? I have no clue. I had the switch on the case of my pc. I used it to switch on neons in there before.
I guess I needed something else for the car. It worked till the battery died
