Need some amp tuning, not sure if its possible without being here but some of yall might know the general area of where to put ****. LOL

Heres what Im running:
Pioneer DEH6400 Headunit
JL Audio 12w3 (v2d4) sub
JL Audio 250.1 Amp
Ported Box (to JL specs)

Ever since I upgraded to the new amp and box, it just hasnt sound right. The shop "tuned" it but I dont like the way they did it at all, I fooled with all the headunit options and ****, but have no clue what to do with all the amp settings.

Please help me out! It just doesnt sound right and i know its just a tuning this cause its supposed to be a phat set-up.

Put all your headunit settings at 0

bass 0
treble 0
loud off

Turn your music to your average listening volume with the gain at 0

Slowly adjust the gain until it starts to distort a bit, then back off slightly

Set your crossover to around 80hz low pass

subsonic filter ON
