What do you think if we offered pre-tapped full replacement Honda OEM Oil Pans for the EX for circa $100 as an additional option for the kit?

When you install a turbo kit, the turbo has an oil drain line, which is gravity fed that must return to the oil pan. All turbo kits require the oil pan to be tapped with a fitting for that return line to be used. We would offer the pan (a full replacement) with fitting already in it. Understand?

oh yea.. forgot about that return line.. never heard or used the term pre-tapped though... my friends just called it the return line.. haha.. but yea if u included it with the kit then would love to order it ASAP.... .. even if the kits not done testing.. guess i better be stocking up on some oil cause looks like tis time to drain and change the pan soon

Is it 100 for the pan alone or only with the kit? Does it come with the oem gasket too?

Pan alone. The OEM comes sealed in just ordinary sealant. Therefore, no gasket.

how is it going to be tapped and held? welded in or JB weld ect..?
and what size fitting will be needed to thread the fitting for the return line?

Tapped with tappers. Held with bolts and sealant. This pan will be ready for the kit. All you will have to do is slide the return line over the fitting and clap it down with the supplied clamp in the turbo kit.

Available as an option for an additional $100. If I keep adding items in like this, it will be a $4500 turbo kit. I may take out an item or 2, just to keep the costs down. People keep wanting more items but then scream when they hear the price around $4100.

speaking of which.. if you make lx pans then it should fit dx too... im guessing.. if not could always just convert over to ex pans.. so how much longer is the wait for everything.. at least give us a ETA on each parts u guy have.. i want one already
