Our sleves are made of the same material our block is made:
Aluminum/magnesium
I bought Darton flange stainless sleeves form a D16 then bored out the blocks cylinders and pressed them in.
Our stock are 75mm
With this sleeves you can then installed 76mm oversized pistons.
I have an extra set if you are interested

Sleeves are about $250 for a set of 4.
It will requiered the blocked to be bored, sleeves pressed and bored to the size of piston you want (withing limits)

The motor is bulid and is running fine 2500 miles now.

I'm taking at a different approach for turbo charging and build the engine first
Any one interested I can help, all the foot work for the parts is done already and I know where to get them.
Force induction works you engine so hard that it will cut the life of your engine in half or more.
No sense on spending so much time and money on turbo just to kill your engine faster.
The wait is driving me nuts my next mod is the return fuel then engine management and finaly turbo.HERE FOR ENGINE SPECS

No not dyno it yet.
Is runnung with low compression pistons now and no fuel mgmnt
Once I get the fuel and e- managed I'll have to tune it.
I'll post the results.
It runs very good on the street and gets to 120mph on 4th on the highwy
I'm carefull with nitrous since more air = more fuel and I may get lean.
