back speaker question

yo guys...i cant figure out how to take off the back speaker plastic thing to get to the back speakers..i want to replace the stock ones but i cant even get to them.

.any help would be greatly appreciiated...thanks!

use the search button. i dont know exactly where it was, or the link. but i know theres a DIY floating around here that tells u how to remove the back speakers.. goodluck
