my uncle just gave me some new infinity kappas but they are 5 1/4". will they still fit?

5 1/4 is probably the easier to install than a pair of 6.5's

I was thinking about getting 6.5" Kappas for my sedan (front). I dont really like the idea of cutting the metal. Would those 5 1/4 speakers fit directly without cutting? Do they sound the same as the 6.5"?

i have 5.25" alpine type r components and they barely fit the stock hole...

the stock hole was still too small for my 5.25" woofers...i had to use a dremel to remove a few milimeters of aluminum from the speaker's basket

yeah for some reason honda thought it was a good idea to put in 6 1/2 and think that with aftermarket speakers the biggest magnet they make is one inch! 5 1/4 are close i didn't want to mess with the metal so i just went with 4x6's
