cutting fenders

i need to cut that little lip off my fender int he back so i wont rub. can i use some sort of blade that spins on a dremel or something ?

any suggestions on what i should use?

a body shop wants 90 bucks to do it........ i feel thats like giving money away for a simple job like that.

civichxtreme is an unknown quantity at this point
Dont cut em off!! It will make them really really weak. Have them rolled. Take a metal Baseball bat and place it on the inner lip and apply alot of pressure and roll it back and forth until it is flat against the inside. Also if you cut em prepare to repaint. The paint will end up chipping along the edges if you cut
