The Cons of getting a drop?
What are some cons to getting a drop? I was thinking about getting one but I drive my car so much going back and foward to work, also making trips from texas to florida about four times a year. I don't want nothing to mess up nothing.
stiffer ride
scrap your body or what not
added need to get a camber kit
cost money
But pros:
looks better
better handling
less chance you can FLIP!
but leaving it stock saves you money, cuz if your goign to drop your car do it right hte first time. don't get no cheap stuff. you get what you pay for. I bought myself some tein basics and those were kind of pricey. 835. so its up to you

OH and another con is if you drop your car really low, you can no longer pack your car. i dropped my car about 2.75 inches ro however lowest hte teins can go and i can only have a passenger if i dont want my wheels to BUTTERFLY. and yes i have a camber kit
how much would a semi decent camber kit be? how much would a semi decent camber kit be? And would i even need one, i plan on just a 1in drop?

The Pro's of lowering a car definately out weigh the Con's tho. Yes, you have to drive more carefully but still, it looks SOOO much better, handles better, and if you do it right, rides much better.

The ride may vary a bit.. but not too bad.
If you slam it..... you'll have to avoid every speedbump you come up to, or CREEP (and i mean creep) over it.. Any potholes, bumps, or cracks in the road you'll dodge... and you'll either 1.Love dodging them, or 2.) Take everything off because you hate it.
My car is pretty much as low as you can go without rolling fenders... or damaging anything.. I scrape my front lip daily, i've scraped my exhaust once (i cringed it made me so mad) I wouldn't suggest anything lower than a 1.5 unless you have some aftermarket struts, or a full coil.

The Tsunami kit isnt very low for a body kit so its not too bad at all with a drop...Im lowered a little more than 3"...
