Info needed abt purchasing over the internet
I'm thinking about ordering this wing from this website
http://www.mr-motorsports.com/catalo...roducts_id/494
I never bought anything form the internet or from the States so I dont know what to expect. I dont feel like being shocked. can someone with experience help me out?
This spoiler sells for $249.99 US. How much am I looking at paying altogether for everything shipped to my door? I'm sure there will be duty and shipping charges and taxes and whatever, but I dont know how much they charge and whatnot. Can someone with experience help me out?

Well, you're guaranteed to get hit with the conversion rate of the day of course. After that, add in 15% for duties (roughly = taxes). Then delivery charges, which are usually dependent on size, but can be based on value as well, though not as often. Then tap yourself for another 24-40 Canadian for "brokerage" fees by the shipping company for getting the stuff cleared.
I say contact www.customauto.ca to see if they can get the ABSDynamics carbon fiber mugen-style spoiler. It's not on the site, but since they're an authorized dealer....at the least you will save the US conversion, shipping lead time, duties (replace with GST, but no PST should be charged since it's interprovince), and brokerage fees. Do yourself a favour and check it out to be sure MR is really the best price.
