DIY Ground Wire Kit Pics
I pieced together this ground wire kit with the help of this thread

left block
1. passenger shock tower (stock grounding point)
2. thermostat -> then replace the stock wire that connects the thermostat to front tie bar
3. throttle body
4. tranny
right block
1. firewall
2. driver side shock tower (i used the hole under the clutch reservior)
3. alternator
4. valve cover

for the alternator
thats not my car but i connected it the same way and followed that DIY...

so those 3 things (ground wire kit, plugs, and oil) have all contributed to the ~5 mpg increase...
