Sway Bar part number question

Sway Bar part number question
I'm thinking about ordering a 22.2 mm front sway bar for my '03 EX Sedan directly from a Honda dealer. I found the part list online but I can't make a determination regarding which PN is for the EX bend and which is for the LX. Does anyone know which of these two part numbers (463046 vs. 463049) is the EX bar and which is the LX. There is a dramatic price difference between the two and I understand that one is made in the states and the other in Japan. There is a link to parts list below.
