Hi,

I am just wondering if any one knows a good repair manual I can use for my car. I have a Civic 04 LX. I know Helms has one. but it is kinda expensive. does anyone know of another one? thanks for the info in advance.

I think that is the only one. I think it is too damn expensive too. But it has over 1500 pages, so I guess it might be worth it.

Man, I have been looking , where are they?
I like Haynes manuals. I called Haynes and they told me they would FINALLY
be out in a month or two months. They are writing them now for 2002 civics.

I bought the actual Honda service manual. Yeah, it's $100, but no other book has this much information. If you play with your car a lot, and plan to keep it a few years, it's worth it. In particular for the electronics.

I've been searching around everywhere for a service manual that's cheaper than the Helms manual and have had no luck at all. I called Haynes up and they will have one out around September or October of this year. The guy I talked to said they had a 03 Civic all ripped apart and were in the process of making the manual.

Looks like I'll spend the cash and get a Helms for $72 from H&A accessories.

ponyman is on a distinguished road
Haynes has been saying it would be out in a month or 2 or a year now. Just add them to the inifitely long list of "yeah, we're working on it" companies
