the sway bar i would just DIY, its real easy(unless if your car doesnt have a stock one that is).
pads are easy but not sure about rotors. i'm sure any brake shop can do it for under $30.
guages, i think depends what kind

Yeah, DIY the sway bar and you can probably do the rotors and pads. Im not sure whether or not there is a DIY on it here on 7thgen. As far as gauges, you might be able to do that yourself dependent upon which one it is and how willing you are to learn about your car.

The pads and rotors are easy to do. I did my AEM Big Rotor kit myself its not that hard.
1. Take your wheel off
2. Take out the two bolts holding in the stock caliper (thats the hardest part cause their on tight)
3. Slide your rotor off
4.Brakes are easy to change they just slide off and on from the caliper.
5. Put everthing back in reverse.

Anyone think a collision repair shop can install lowering springs while they're at it? My car is getting repaired and I was thinking, "they might as well stick my neuspeeds on while they're working on it."
