New sound I hear after intake?
Ive had the car run without the airbox just the hole opened in the filter box and i didnt hear it. I put on a SRI straight off the trhrottle body and I hear a loud stacatto sound? Its in th upper RMP range. Could it be the VtEC!!!!

no, it isn't ........ "VtEC"
It is the sound that all intakes make in the upper rpm range........just like gearbox said.
do u hear a strange humming sound out of your thottle body ? Kinda like a non stop humming sound. My throttle body makes a sound no one has heard before. when i first put on my CAI it didnt make the sound but like 2 hrs later it did. donno (even at idle )

Rep Power: 303 actually dont make that sound with "higher rpm's" its actually when u pres the gas pedal all the way down to the flow and the throttle body is at the maximum open, so makes a deep toned sound in the front of your car. just to let u guys know!
