k swap or all motor
i have a little money saved up but i wanted to know is it worth goin all motor maybe nitrous on a d17 and i mean good i/h/e trottle body intake manifold ignition pulleys pnp full valvetrain clutch, flywheel and pressure plate fully built motor balanced and blueprinted with high compression pistons and on light enkei rims (9 pounds) falken tires 15inch and fiberimages hood and gutted interior with aem engine management and dynoetuned. i am lookin for reliable but fast where i can take it to the track. Will this setup run at least high 13's with or without nitrous or would u guys just do a k series swap which i wont be able to do for a while. Need info and help. I dont want to set records just hit 13's and i dont want turbo. I have seen fast single cams and bisi made me rethink the swap and see that u can make a sohc fast
Crower is currently developing a line of products for the D17's (cams, springs, retainers, valves, high compression pistons, rods...) they will also be posting dyno numbers once they are finished. So I say all motor .

Not a bad idea K20a2's are putting out nice numbers all-motor. K24/K20 Frankenstein wouldn't be a bad idea either for all-motor
