Ok, I got my car lowered 2weeks ago with eibach sportlines, and I was just washing my car and looked at my rear springs and they look all compressed at the bottom. Is it supposed to like that? If not what happened?

yes..
lowering springs are progressive, thats why the spacing on them are different from top and bottom.
the bottom coils touch together because they're used to keep the spring in place when the car is jacked up. imagine lowering springs 2" shorter than stock, if you jack up the car you'd risking popping the springs out.
