i have a 03 si and if im shifting from 2nd to 3rd hard like im tring to chirp the tires it grinds.the dealer said its fine.anyone else having this prob

I signed. My piece of **** 2002 Canadian Si Coupe has a nasty 1st to 2nd shift.

I complained at my first oil change and honda called the grinding "normal". They said "Every manual transmission does it"

getting mine replaced on monday.it wont help but atleast itll be new and i can treat it better. and while its out im putting a clucth and a fly wheel in.i love my honda dealer.free rental car and oil change. my buddy has a lease rxs s he might trade trannies when he does his turn in

RSX's have some problems, (ours did) and the 6 speed accord shifts notchy as well.

These cable shift transmissions suck.
