Sure. I already ordered one. Carbonfly found a fix for it so the check engine light won't come on anymore. My setup is stock for now, but it's very useful for tuning your car. Someone with boltons got about 10hp out of it. Works better if you have mods.
Oh and there's a group buy for only $310 or something in the forum. Check it out.

Whoa that's cheap! Just install yourself. I've heard it's really easy, since you just have to splice a few wires under the glove box. The part you want to pay for is having a shop tune it to your car and mods.

That's not all you have to do...You have to have a general knowledge of these kinds of installs...If you can read the wiring diagram and your sure that you know what your doing, it shouldn't be that hard,...If your confused about it, don't even attempt to try. A guy I know fvcked his car up because he thought he knew what he was doing

But isn't it just matching up same colored wires and connecting? If it's more, I might not do it myself. I think it's only like 6 wires to connect and that's it. But you're right, it's a serious mod and everything has to be right.
No, it's 12 wires and some you have to make complete cuts and so on....It's not all color coded either...The ECU wire colors are different than the VAFC's....Wait till you get it and look at the directions and diagram/schematic. If you need any help, I'll be glad to help you guys....I have installed many of these so I know it by heart almost....Oh, and I was the first to actually fix the VAFC II (sorry Fly) He just posted it when he found out that you had to connect the VTM wire, which wasn't included in the instructions. I need some recognition for this 2

Yes, cwick187 is da man when it comes to the VAFC2. I couldn't have done the fix without him so we both get credit for this shizzle(mostly him).
Checkit out!! i posted my setting in this topic...Maybe you could go by them to see if you feel a differenceVAFC II Settings
look at cwick gettin all tha props when it was me that hooked up tha vafc2 before him... lol... its all gud.. thanks a grip for posting ur settings!!!!!!!! hopefully more of us will do this over time to compare
Oh, I thought you was having the same problem as everyone else... My bad!!! If you would have posted more when everyone was going through all of that mess you could have taken credit.
You know, my friend said the same thing...Unless, the guy that tuned my engine did something else different, I have no idea....I'll research some more and try to find out for you guys...Oh, try this...Try putting the Vtec engement on passive like I described in my instructions...It might have something to do with the pressure drop before it engages when set too high.

Everyone that has it has been saying good things about it. I'm getting mine in tomorrow, so I'll let you know how it is without any tuning. Norrinradd said it's only a 6 wire hookup.

??
Don't know what you mean. I'm not getting mine tuned until after I get my ported head and pulley installed. Then I'll be happy to post my settings.
I'm doing a custom install in the glove box with cardboard and vinyl, so I'll post pics of that. I'm just gonna leave the settings the way they are for now.
