Just tell Honda that it's only for MONITORING engine activity. They usually won't know any better. That is, if they even see it. All depends on the dealer again.
So does anyone have a list or know where I can find Apexi tuning shops?

No, not really. That cover comes right off and I've got all kinds of junk behind there now in the glove box.
The cover is just a piece of cardboard with vinyl stretched over it
Okay, there are only shops in Cali and Texas. What about all the other states? That's stupid. And I'm afraid to mess with the settings because I don't know what anything does. And my car is stock now.

Well, you really need to at least do your basic bolt-ons first before tuning. As far as a shop that can tune it...I don't know what to tell you about that. I know the guy that tuned mine was certified and the shop was to. Funny I didn't see the name of that shop on Apexi's website though. I did see the credentials at the shop none-the-less.
They might be able to...It all depends on the guy at the shop...It's not something that everyone can do...You have to have training and be able to complete a coarse from what I have been told. If you need some awesome advice, give Edd a call at balanced performance (678)546-3133. He is one of the best tuners ypu'll find anywhere.. He's the one that did my car.

I really don't know what the adjustments do or what they're for. All I know is my car is running rich. That would explain the fouled plugs at 20K miles, poor gas mileage (22mpg), and bogging around 30mph. I think the VAFC will help this once I get it tuned somewhere.
