Neuspeed springs-what side is up?
This might be a stupid question...
What side is up with the neuspeed sports? They just arrived and I plan on installing them tomorrow... I'm assuming that for the front, the side of the spring that is flattened out is the top. The weird thing about that is that if you put the springs that way, the writing is up side down. For the back though, I'm not totally sure which side is up or down. Help!

just put mine in the front flat side up rear put the the smaller diameter side up the rears will look really funny like the strut is in all sideways but its cool just make sure you line up the top /retainer with the bottom part or shock body itself so they line up when you install. The front has the writtingso you can read it but the back wont so dont use it as a reference. Anything else feel free to ask My car was 03 lx

my fronts are upside down, but I called Neuspeed and they said that it was ok. I've had the Neuspeed Sports installed for over a year now on stock shocks and 205/40/17 wheels and tires, and they're still good. BUT, I believe the correct UP is the side with the coils closer together.
