DC Sports is know for the quieter exhausts in the aftermarket area. The correct answer, although you wont like it, is the stock si muffler. Its your choice. A friend of mine has the hks hi-power and it sounds pretty good. The buddy club also sounds good, but its very loud, atleast for the rsx-s. Try the sound clips the site has. They wont be correct, but you'll have an idea of what they sound like.

The header and intake have d*ck squat to do with the muffler. The Si mufflers have virtually restriction free, so theres no reason to ditch it. Just get the piping enlarged going to it. And why bother with a POS DC header?

Dont diss the dc header. I like the header. To increase the piping, you want the muffler shop to cut the two ends of the mid section and weld it on a new 2.5" mid section that is bent the same as stock.
