Going back to Stock

I've decided to take my car back to stock for a little while until I can get a set of KW's to put on and have a simple question. When reinstalling stock springs do they have to be aligned a certain way on the strut? When I changed out the springs on a Maxima they did have to be aligned a certain way but not to sure about the civy. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a mark on the upper mount and another on the lower seat. Those need to be lined up if thats what you're talking about... I think When you line those up it sets the spring in place properly, but I'm not completely sure.
